Production Graphic Artist

We’re a leading company in the quilting and textile industry, providing beautiful fabrics, inspiring designs, and top-tier support to quilt shops and specialty retailers nationwide. We are currently seeking a Production Graphic Artist to create compelling sales tools that help our sales professionals succeed—from catalogs and lookbooks to digital presentations, packaging, signage, and beyond.
What You'll Do:
- Create high-quality, on-brand sales tools including catalogs, flyers, email graphics, packaging mockups, and promotional materials
- Support marketing and sales initiatives with clean, effective design across print and digital formats
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to meet deadlines and maintain brand consistency
- Work with product imagery, typography, layout, and prepress prep to ensure print-readiness
- Assist in maintaining a library of templates and visual assets for team-wide use
- Occasionally support special projects and trade show materials
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus if you can do some video editing)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for sales tools and presentations
- Strong attention to detail and organization with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
- A passion for visual storytelling and ideally, an appreciation for the quilting or textile world
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within consumer goods, publishing, or textiles)
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
