MAKE CENTER

The center of the block is a square in square (also known as an economy block).

To make the center, fold Fabric D square in half and finger press to mark the center of one side. Repeat with the long edge of one Fabric C triangle. Match the marked centers and pin. Sew together. Press. Repeat on the opposite side.

Trim excess fabric.

Repeat the process to add triangles to the remaining corners.
