Where did you grow up?
I'm a GRITS girl, from Southern Mississippi.

How long have you worked for United Notions/Moda Fabrics?7 years

What did your first quilt look like and when did you make it?
Does it count if I just cut it out and put it on a design wall? My grand kids kept rearranging my blocks
until it looked nothing like my pattern.

Three things you couldn't do your job without.
Customers, Electricity, & a GREAT Moda support team.

Reading & playing with the Grand kids

What did you want to be when you were 12 years old?
a singer

What is your favorite childhood memory?
We always had a big garden, and sometimes my uncle would let us ride on the back of the tractor..
One day he wouldn't let me ride and it made me angry so I picked up a tomato and threw it ,
not at him I promise, but it hit him right in the side of his head. By the time he
stopped the tractor and caught me, we were both laughing, but he still didn't let me ride.

Tell us about another job you had..
Oh boy, this will really tell my age. During my college days, I was a telephone operator. We actually had to dial your long distant calls.

Doyle and Sherron Parker

He's handsome, he's smart, he's a good person, you know where you stand with him, and he loves his family.
That's my Scottie except he's a she.!
My honey is handsome, smart, good, will tell you what he thinks and loves his family.

Everyone stays at Nana & Papa's house on Christmas Eve to open all their presents on Christmas Morning, We have lots of food and fun. After lunch
everyone goes home so Nana & Papa can crash.

Where would you go on your dream vacation?
I have a hard time with this one. I love the mountains, the beaches, beautiful old buildings,
and small villages. Any suggestions?
